Submit your science Debut your innovative research, clinical trials, and case studies at EMBRAACE. Abstracts may be submitted by AACE members or non-members sponsored by an AACE member. If accepted, your abstract will be featured in a special online supplement to AACE’s peer-reviewed medical journal, Endocrine Practice. Abstracts may be accepted for publication only, poster presentation, or oral presentation. Submit Abstracts Submissions open through Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 11:59 pm ET. LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACTS Submit truly late-breaking scientific research for which no preliminary data are available at the time of the December 11, 2019, abstract submission deadline. Late-breaking abstracts should present data that is groundbreaking, innovative and has a high impact factor. This category is not a mechanism to allow attendees to submit case reports or updated data after the preliminary data general abstract submission deadline. Late-breaking submissions will open January 29, 2020. ABSTRACT EMBARGO POLICY Accepted abstracts are made available to the public online on Thursday, May 7, 2020, and will be published as an online supplement to Endocrine Practice. The information contained in those abstracts may not be released until the date of poster presentations. Academic institutions, private organizations, and information contained in an abstract may issue a press release to coincide with the availability of an AACE abstract on the AACE website. However, AACE continues to require that information that goes beyond that contained in the abstract (e.g., discussion of the abstract done as part of a scientific presentation or presentation of additional new information that will be available at the time of the meeting) is under embargo until 9:45 am ET on Thursday, May 7, 2020. Violation of this policy may result in the abstract being withdrawn from the meeting and other measures deemed appropriate. Authors are responsible for notifying financial and other sponsors about this policy. DIGITAL E-POSTERS All posters will be presented as digital e-posters using state-of-the-art, high-definition monitors. Presenters avoid the cost and inconvenience of traveling with posters. Attendees can access e-posters in the meeting app on their own devices during or after the meeting.
